Watch Tuneyards 4AD Session

The Tuneyards live show is something to behold. So much so that I went to see it two days in a row. Since then I have tried and failed to convey what I saw to anyone who would listen. Thankfully 4AD have provided a nicely recorded, adequately edited video session.

Early days of dubstep

The brilliant Blackdown blog has just turned 5 and to celebrate the event they have kindly uploaded a 2002 mix from Hatcha that really captures the time when all the ingredients had just been thrown into the melting pot to make dubstep.
